Circular Stretching
This has to be one of the simpilest exercises ever. It maybe does have as good results as some of the other exercises but if you combine it
with a workout routine or even a SizeGenetics kit then you should have a good advantage.
To begin with, take the head of your penis in your hand and stretch it out directly in front of you, then hold it there for 4-5 seconds. Now take
your penis firmly in your hand and pull it upward. Hold it for 4-5 seconds. Slowly rotate the penis anticlockwise until you return to the starting
point. I normally find that a full circle should take no longer than 5 seconds to complete. After a complete rotation hold the penis in the starting
position for around 5seconds, then continue to the next rotation. A good workout would normally consist of around 5 minutes of rotations.
Remember these exercises shou;d never leave you in pain, if they do then you are not doing it correctly or you are applying too much pressure to the penis.
