The "Jelq & Hold"
You want simple but effective I here you crying? Well, heres the "Jelq and Hold" tecnique. Remeber to read my "Daily Penis Enlargement Workouts" and "Warm Up" guides.
Like a couple of the other techniques to start with you need to massage your penis until it reaches around 3/4 of its fully erect
state. Then using your right hand and make an "OK", should be good at this by now, sign with your thumb and index finger and grip
tightly around the base of your penis. Starting from the base of the penis, slowly pull (milk) towards the penis head. This process
should take aorund 3 seconds to reach the glans. You will see that the head of your penis will expand with blood. When you reach
your penis head, you should hold this position for around 10 seconds. Next repeat this step but use the left hand instead of the right. I would
recommend you repeat this process around 25 times or 5 minutes.
Dont worry if your workout takes slightly longer, or you may even want to increase the amount of strokes, this is entirely upto you. Remeber to
stop if you feel in pain, none of the exercises should leave you in pain. If you are following in the steps correctly and still finding yourself in
pain then you may want to try some lubricant, this can often help.
