The "One Handed Jelq"
So you have mastereed the "Power Stretch" and your back for more?, right then the next technique that I learnt was
the "One Handed Jelq", which I was taught by Tibetten Monks. This one will will have you dick growing really fast! Remeber to read my "Daily Penis Enlargement Workouts" and "Warm Up" guides. Anyway enough talk im
guessing you would like to know how to do it?
First of all you will need to massage your penis until it reaches around 3/4 of a full erection. Use your right hand and make an "OK" sign
with your thumb and index finger and grip tightly around the base of your penis. Starting from the base of the penis, slowly pull (milking motion)
towards the penis head. It should take you around 2-3 seconds to reach the head of your penis. Release your right hand, take your left hand, again forming a
"OK" sign with the thumb and forefinger and start milking your penis like you did before with the right hand. You wll find that this sort of
exercise works best if you repeat it for around 100 strokes, again taking around 5-8 minutes.
Dont worry if your workout takes slightly longer, or you may even want to increase the amount of strokes, this is entirely upto you. Remeber to
stop if you feel in pain, none of the exercises should leave you in pain. If you are following in the steps correctly and still finding yourself in
pain then you may want to try some lubricant, this can often help.
