I couldnt belive that the site only directs 7 minutes per day needs to be committed to the regime, however I did find myself spending upto 10-15 minutes a day doing the exercises and thoug an independent study of 50 volunteers indicates that most men prefer to spend an average of 16 minutes per day, 4 days per week (for an average of 9 minutes a day). The results of the study were astounding as well: a 98% satisfaction rate; average length gains of 3.45 inches; average girth gains of 2.5 inches; and the sex drive of the participating individuals was doubled on average. I have to admit I gained around 3 inchs and a noticeable increase in girth (well noticeable to my girlfriend!). |
