The Power Stretch
So where do you start? one of the first methods of penis enlargement I learnt and used to good effect
is the "Power Stretch". This is a good technique for the beginer and should see you on the way to having a larger penis in no time. So here we go,
please make sure you have read the how to page for some helpful tips on warming up your penis (this will help you see results
quicker).
The first step is to take the head of your penis in your hand and stretch it out directly in front of you and hold it for around 5 seconds. Next, take
your penis firmly in your hand and pull it to the right, go all the way until you can feel a pressure on the left side of your penis. Again hold it there for
around 5 seconds. Now taking the head of your penis in your hand, stretch it to the left, holding there again for around 5 seconds. Next pull your penis downward
and again hold it there for around 5 seconds. Finally, take your penis in your hand and pull it upward. You guessed it, hold it there for around 5 seconds.
I would recomend that you repeat this method around 15 times, it normally takes me around 5 minutes to complete the "Power Stretch" workout.
Remember these exercises should never leave you in pain, if they do then you are not doing it correctly or you are applying too much pressure to the penis.
