The "Sit Down Stretch"
So for all the lazy people out there who want to beef up the size of their penis look no further than the "Sit Down Stretch". Really easy to
master and decent results. Remeber to read my "Daily Penis Enlargement Workouts" and "Warm Up" guides.
First of all stand up and massage your penis until it is about half erect. Then take the penis and stretch it as far as possible under
your backside. Next, slowly sit down on the penis which should result in your penis being stretched further as you go down. Repeat this method
for around 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise, if you find your penis gets more than 50% erect then stop and wait before continuing.
Dont worry if your workout takes slightly longer, or you may even want to increase the amount of strokes, this is entirely upto you. Remeber to
stop if you feel in pain, none of the exercises should leave you in pain. If you are following in the steps correctly and still finding yourself in
pain then you may want to try some lubricant, this can often help.
