The "Ultimate Jelq"

Wow if you have followed the other techniques upto now you should be a big boy already!, if not maybe your starting from the bottom of the list and working backwards?, well whatever your doing at least you giving penis enlargement a try!. Massage your penis until it reaches around 3/4 of a full erection. Use your right hand and make an "OK" sign with your thumb and index finger and grip tightly around the base of your penis. Now starting from the base of the penis, slowly pull towards the penis head. On average it should take 2-3 seconds to reach the glans. When you reach the penis head, take the left hand (the free hand), form a similar "OK" with the thumb and forefinger and start milking like you did before with the right hand.
My Tip Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic ("milking") motion, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head. I would recomend repeating the exercise for around 100 strokes, taking on average around 5 minutes to complete.

Dont worry if your workout takes slightly longer, or you may even want to increase the amount of strokes, this is entirely upto you. Remember to stop if you feel in pain, none of the exercises should leave you in pain. If you are following in the steps correctly and still finding yourself in pain then you may want to try some lubricant, this can often help.
