The "V Stretch"

Here we go, using your right hand, create an overhand "OK" grip and hold the head of the penis. Then slowly extend to a full
stretch. Hold it there for around 4-5 seconds. Using the thumb of your left hand, apply pressure near the base of your penis.
Move the thumb slowly down the penis, still applying pressure until it reaches the head of the penis. The process should not take
longer than 10 seconds. Move the thumb back to the base of your penis. This should take no longer than 10 seconds.
When I started this exercise I would repeat the process around 10 times, then slowly increasing it to 15 times. It normally takes around
5-8 minutes to complete the "V Stretch" exercise.
Dont worry if your workout takes slightly longer, or you may even want to increase the amount of strokes, this is entirely upto you. Remember to
stop if you feel in pain, none of the exercises should leave you in pain. If you are following in the steps correctly and still finding yourself in
